A few years ago I had creative idea that becoming a personal trainer would be a great path to make cash. I determined that getting a personal trainer certification online would be the perfect way - simple, work on my own timetable, and so on. The only dilemma? I purchased my very first aerobics video three years back, and haven't used it ever since. I just felt so silly sitting here at home, undulating together with a workshop on video who weren't even in the room with me, pretending that I was undertaking something that was not utterly ridiculous. I just couldn't make it segment of my custom. The lessons got me out of my house, and the folks in them were so inspiring, that I just could not help myself. Pretty much instantly, I was hooked on taking exercise lessons to get in shape. It was like you couldn't get me away from them. Meanwhile, each cardio exercise disc I have ever had calmly gathers dust in the house of a newer, more fit me.
